there is a car parking fee of 15 euros.but we parked just up the hill on the side street to the right for nothing.

bus journeyall seemed to be 1.2 euros also for children, taxis was also appro 3.6 euros for the three of us. its worth getting a map

Despite 2 wedding parties and a group of 110 children the hotel remained calm and caring. Very pleased, it helped to make a great weekend in Granada.

Top Tip

Taxi from Alhambra back to hotel only cost 4.50 euros, worthwhile after having walked around Alhambra and neighbourhood in the hot sun.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was gorgeous, the rooms spacious. We felt very spoilt!

Albacin quarter at night is magical. Watch the sunset from Mirador St Nicholas and the lights come on around the Alhambra... gorgeous!

Hotel is well presented and rooms are comfortable. However i had a little frustration; there was no minibar in the room which i would have used to cool down water (mid summer), no kettle for a cup of tea, and more importantly no glasses or cups for a drink of water. The phone doesnt work for outside calls unless you ask at the desk. The biggest pain was the internet didnt work, apparently it was a temporary problem but it caused a lot of pain as we expected to be able to access email, maps, sites about granada, etc. The hotel is easy to access by road and is well signposted, but it is a little walk to the main areas in granada. if you are struggling with the heat then dont be shy about getting a taxi, i found them to be very reasonably priced and they can take you directly to places like the top of albaicin.

Very helpful and approachable staff. I had a single room which was quite corridor like, but did get the high floor I requested, and had a balcony and a view. So all in all I'd say good hotel. About 10-15 minutes walk to centre of town. 10 minute walk to Alhambra

Alhambra was stunning, but I understand peak season is unpleasantly crowded. Visited on a March Friday afternoon and it was no problem.

The hotel is very well located for the Alhambra and not far from the town itself (10 mins walk). The only downside is that the walls are really thin and therefore you can hear people in the adjoining rooms.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. A bit out of town, but I preferred this as it was in a quiet, clean location. Close to the Alhambra Palace and fairly close to town centre. Lots to see and do.
