The 5-storey Palacio Santa Paula Hotel is the result of a careful and meticulous renovation of Granada’s Santa Paula Convent and conservation of the old cloister. The medium sized lobby is coolly decorated in pale tones with a traditional ceramic floor. The 75 guest rooms are stylishly decorated with high ceilings and wooden floors. The rooms housed in the new part of the property feature modern furniture and minimalist decor. The rooms in the traditional Moresque part have original period features, antique furnishings, oak ceilings and four poster beds. The restaurant serves a large variety of dishes including traditional and contemporary cuisine. The "El Claustro" restaurant, housed in the old Convent library, serves both regional and international cuisine. It also offers an exquisite buffet breakfast featuring home made pastries.
